Filming In New York

Winter in New York is... well, winter in New York. The winds can be cold and cutting and then die down and the sun comes out and Central Park hoovers up 1/3 of the residents and all the tourists. It's lovely. It's delightful. It's grey and soggy. It's winter in New York.

I was in the city for a short film I was invited to direct and, Baby, we went all in. This was the experimental interpretive dance lesbian love story movie I've always dreamt of making and we made the hell out of it.

This will be a 3-parter as we spent 3 days filming this monster (one on set, one in Central Park and one at a studio warehouse). Let's get acquainted with the colorful cast of creative characters and charactered creators!

So, that's what I've been up to. More photos coming soon. None of me on account of I'm the one who's taking them.
